Norths Rugby Senior & Junior Club Amalgamation

See attached Notice of Special Meeting on Tuesday the 20th of August at 6.30pm at Norths Rugby Club, to vote on proposed amalgamation of North Brisbane Rugby Union Club Inc. with North Brisbane Junior Rugby Union Inc.

Notice includes the proposed new constitution and interim committee.

The below presentation was delivered to the members of both the Norths Rugby Senior & Junior Clubs on 10 July 2024. It outlines the basis and rationale of the proposed merger as developed by a sub-committee of both Junior and Senior club committee members and endorsed by both committees.

After feedback is considered, the clubs will then set a date for the formal vote to amalgamate.
